I will give you my opinion if and when there is an ftp site that is open and has an iso image.

We mirror RH, Debian and PostgreSQL at fslc.usu.edu. Currently we only
have 8 people downloading seawulf. You could try downloading it from
there.

I am downloading it at the moment from a German university. They have a pretty quick connection.

ftp.uni-bayreuth.de

the path is /pub/redhat.com/redhat/linux/7.1/en/iso/i386
