A good start would be a list of which packages don't uninstall. Maybe the people who care can go through and
ticket which ones don't uninstall on postgres and oracle.
Keep in mind it's important to add data (and notifications and
categories and comments etc) before uninstalling since a
lot of problems only show up once that extra data is added.
