I have a E-mail server.

When I send a E-mail, for many providers,  some of that, return with this error:

Original-Recipient: rfc822; mailto:mapaetec@mapaetec.com.br
Final-Recipient: rfc822; mailto:mapaetec@mapaetec.com.br
Action: failed
Status: 5.3.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 511 Blocked - dialup port
Remote-MTA: dns; mapaetec.com.br
Last-Attempt-Date: Fri, 16 Jul 2004 08:32:39 -0300

How I can resolve this problem?

Could you post the header of the original message that you send?

For some reason your IP is in a blacklist that the server you are sending to is using.

If you're not on a dialup account, you could find the blacklist that the system admin is using, and write to the people that maintain the blocklist he is using.

Short of that, you could send through another SMTP server by setting up a transport map for that particular site.
