I'm having a hard time making a new package. Everytime I login as a site-wide administrator on our web service, it always post the page "REQUEST ERROR". What will I do? Where will I go?

Login with ssh. Find your error.log (tail -f /var/lib/aolserver/service0/log/error.log) and read-correct any errors that you find.
