hello!
i am korean. (Please! you are understand that i was not  killed English )
now i learned ".dotlrn" but i occured problem !
i installed ".dotlrn-2.0.3","postgresql-7.3.4"
that is broken encodiing about web-site by korean language!
if you are understood my email then i want your advice!
why occured my problem?
how i solve this problem?
i should appreciate your help!

Lim: no worries about your English.

We need a little more information to help you out. The problem is likely something to do with the settings for when you set up your database, the headers that are sent out, or in your Aolserver configuration. Can you provide more information?
