Forum OpenACS Q&A: Added Categories to FAQ-Package - Please test

I added categories to FAQ package as an option.

Take a look at

This instance is from cvs branch oacs-5-1.

Since 5.1 doesn't support /o you will not be able to use the category browser but filtering by category works from the faq package itself.

Todo:
- Make category browser at least display a result list.
- Enable multiple filters like in bug tracker (next version)
