My plans will require Internationalization within the year. I looked
through the bboard and found some mention of problems with Postgresql
and UNICODE and was wondering if these have been resolved. I tried
searching Postgresql's mailing list... but thier search engine is only
pulling up things from 1999 and older. (I find it hard to believe that
the last post with psql in it was Oct 2, 1999.)
Is UNICODE with Postgresql 7.1+ and OpenACS 3.2.5 stable?
