Worked for me too (Netscape 4.77 on Red Hat 6.2), though when trying to register on the site,
I get problems with openacs.junbi.net being unresolvable. So there may be a DNS issue somewhere, though that is probably separate from
the issue with IE5.0 not displaying the index page.
