Forum OpenACS Development: Custom 404 page no longer templated in AOLserver 4

My custom 404 page works, but it's no longer being wrapped in the master template. Has anyone else noticed this, or am I just "lucky"?

I'm using ACS 4.2 Classic, so this may or may not even apply to more modern versions.
