Hi, Im in the middle of an upgrade process from oacs4.6.3 to oacs5.0.1 , and Im having some problems with two packages, bug-tracker and file-storage. It seems like the problems have something to do with de oracle packages, in both packages when I try to get the index page I get an error like this:
nsoracle.c:3542:ora_tcl_command: error in `OCIStmtExecute ()': ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04063: package body "OPENACS5.BT_BUG" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
this is when it tries to execute a sql function. Any idea why? I have re-created the packages but still doesnt work.
