hello
we are new in the field of ns2...we are facing a weird problem...the wired tcl simulations are working fine...but the wireless ones are giving errors...the path is apparently set right...otherwise none of the programs would have run.

we tried running a simple wireless demo program...its giving the following error message

num_nodes is set 2
INITIALIZE THE LIST xlisthead
Starting Simulation...
channel.cc:sendUp - Calc highestAntennaZ_ and distCST_
highestAntennaZ_ = 1.5, distCST_ = 550.0
SORTING LISTS ...DONE!
NS EXITING...

it will be great if you could help us out of this fix
thanks
shamik and group

That doesn't look like much of an error message to me.

I am sure there are people around here that could figure it out if they were interested, but you might have a hard time wakening interest around here with your totally off-topic post (you are in the wrong neighborhood Shamik - we build community websites around here).

You might want to look here: http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ for more info or ask your questions here: http://mailman.isi.edu/mailman/listinfo/ns-users

I found them within 10 seconds using a well know search machine (your bizarre post motivated me to actually look -- wanted to know how tcl fit into the picture).
