Could someone who administrer openacs.org give me the diff between the
stock openacs and this site. So I could learn how to customize openacs
to particular site.

That would indeed be a very useful thing to provide, wouldn't it?
We're all quite busy right now, but I'll put this on my todo list, as
this seems like a "very good thing."

And yes, OpenACS.org does run on OpenACS. In fact, we keep
OpenACS.org running on the latest and greatest stable release
of OpenACS (3.2.5 currently). We released 3.2.5 and upgraded
the OpenACS web site to that version within 12 hours of release.
