Hi.

I just found that the URLs with white spaces, as seen in the homepage
module when there is html code passed (3.2.4), get chopped to the
first white space by WinGate proxy server.
I don't know what the specification for parameter passing says, but
anyway it could be good idea encoding, just in case.

Your WinGate proxy does the right thing.  See section 5.1.2
of http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2616.txt
