I have modified ad-scope.tcl and ad-user-groups.tcl in such way
that it allow to define administrator for each module without
breaking the old site admin. Anybody interested in those
modifications ?

Roberto Mello will be evaluating changes for OpenACS 3.2.6 just as he did for OpenACS 3.2.5.  You could e-mail him directly or submit your patch as a "feature" (not bug fix) in the SDM...
