I've gone all over the thing and still cannot seem to find how this
can be done.
/doc/ticket.html talks
about 'Feature Areas' that had to be setup for proper ticket
assignment/management. So does
this solution. But where
are they? they are not in /admin nor in /admin/user-groups nor
in /admin/intranet and /admin/ticket does not work (/admin/new-ticket
is also not the place, it seems). Where then?
