Sloan has file storage notifications in place, to which users can opt in/out. Though the notification format needs a lot of work, a notification is sent for each file upload. One problem with this occurs with the upload of a zipped file - a notification is sent for each file, not just one.
Another great improvement of our upgrade is that admins can select all files in a folder to be deleted or delete a folder and its files. What a relief that was.
