You should be using /new-ticket/ rather than /ticket/. You can search the bboard archives for more background info on this.
I have to admit that I got this same error myself. It's not very well documented. I was just about to try to figure out how quick it would be to port /ticket/ to postgres when I came across previous posts on this issue in the bboard.
