Incidentally, I asked Michael L. Scott about InterWeave. The code has
not been published, but it sounds like he's not necessarily adverse to
publically releasing it in some fashion, it's just that no one has
worked on it lately and he doesn't have anyone available to package it
up into releasable shape.
