How about opening a new bboard for non tech questions like:
  • User Documentation projects.
  • Job postings
  • Marketing initiatives
  • user experience.
  • Knowledge management, virtual organizations and OpenACS
  • etc...

as a non techo, involved in crerating a user experience, and a fan of open acs I think there's a lot we could learn form a bboard like this
