as mentioned by Victor, there where some typos in my last announcement, which I amended on this post. On top of that the distribution uses PostgreSQL 8.2.10-1.
I've just compiled version 1.9 (3rd of November 2008) of Win32-OpenACS: an actual native Win32 port (no Cygwin, no VMware) of OpenACS.
This new version finally comes with a proper Windows Installer (it's a present to the Community in occasion of the November OpenACS/.LRN Conference)!
This version of Win32-OpenACS consists of the following components:
