Actually, there's a good chance we'll be hosting the new NOSI site in OpenACS4. We built a real quick version you can view here: http://www.museatech.net:8004.

(I guess this will be the first announcement of an OpenACS4 site that people can play with, so enjoy. It's not live, but it has been released.)
