I'm working on the specs for developer.openacs.org, the part of the new site that should contain all of these points. Please continue to post thoughts and ideas about this stuff. I've chatted with a few of you, notably with Kapil, but I'm dying for more ideas. I will try and post my spec within the next couple of days.
