My patch to remove topic from most bboard URLs is now available at https://openacs.org/sdm/one-patch.tcl?patch_id=40

It works for me! A few of the bboard admin pages still end up with topic in their URLs, but this fixes all URLs that point to actual bboard messages, which are the ones most often used, linked to, etc.
