Forum OpenACS Q&A: Open Cash Drawers through Epson Receipt Printer in .NET

I try to write code in .NET to open a cash register connected to Epson thermal printer but I can't not make it work. I send a character "A" with font name "Control" as I did in VB6 but printer prints a letter "A" instead of opening the drawer. I think that .NET converts the character to graphic to send to the printer so it does not recognize the character "A" to open the drawer. Could any one help me to sold this problem? Thanks

No, it's not a website. It's Visual Studio .NET of Microsoft. It could be Visual Basic .NET, C# or C++. Thanks
Lee Le, You are asking your question in the wrong place. This forum is about a mostly Unix-Linux/Postgres/AOLserver web community development toolset, not a Microsoft expert forum. Try searching for "Microsoft NET" or similar at www.google.com
