The CRM package I posted was just supposed demonstrate the use of dynamic types and is not related to Richard's / Matthew's contacts package. Currently it contains project specific code, so it's not a generic OpenACS package and right now its main ui sucks. At some point I will tidy it up and release it as a generic package but in the mean time I'm concentrating on dynamic types.
Of course anyone who wants to use the code as a basis for a generic CRM package can email me for the latest code - there has already been some work done to abstract the UK specific reference address database behind a service contract, etc.
