There seem to be problems in this area. Jon Griffin along with your student Lilian Tong have independently pointed this out to me.
I may have time to investigate this towards the end of the week. It's
probably just a configuration or file perms problem related to having moved openacs.org to a new server after our old server was accidently cut off.
