I agree with Michael. Code examples would help
a great deal. Without them, the paper reads like
a marketing piece - not the technical argument that
you would want it to be. People who have done both Tcl/AOLServer
and Java/JSP/Servlets (such as yourself) may flesh
out some of your claims with specific code examples on their own.
People who haven't had any experience with one
or both of these platforms/development environments,
will find a lot of declarative statements that
may seem unsubstantiated to those who lack your
broad background and technical savvy.
BTW, were you one of the early reviewers of the Java
Language Specification? I see the name "Ben Adida"
mentioned in
the preface to the first edition of the JLS.
