Survey should be available on all demo servers (including http://www.theservice.de)), assessment is in development, but includes testing (automatic evaluation of answers) and is available at http://assessment.theservice.de. For either systems don't hesitate to contact me for an account.
Access is granted (for anyone else interested, just register, I will go through the users every now and then and bulk approve). The assessment system works perfectly fine without .LRN. The main installation can be seen at http://assessment.theservice.de/assessment, but it is also integrated into .LRN.
