I won't post the full text here. Their deadline is by Feb 13.
Want to try again? How about brainstorming topics? Since their
are several large institutional sites, how about....
    - Scaling Large Community Sites - Postgres with OpenACS

Of course I don't have a clue... ;) but how better to start
a discussion?
