Dave informed me that the syntax derived from the ADPs "

</span>package_key.phrase#" works in .tcl files as well. We should therefore dump the [_ package_key.phrase] syntax alltogether and only teach people to use #.# :).
If I change the APM to transform <#_ "My english text"#> into <span>#</span>package_key.my_english# would this need a TIP ?
