Well, here is what I'd have in mind (for a 3.x based installation first):
- When a user hits an error he can report it with a one-click mechanism. This would store the URL in an additional field of the SDM, as well as the error message as part of the field the user would fill in when reporting the bug.
- When reviewing the bug, an administrator can replicate this error. For this he would click on a link which would combine "become this user" with the bug_url.
The 4.x version has the advantage of beeing able to detect the package_id and report accordingly in the right place.
