Hmm,... 5 minutes does sound great and a linux installer is in progress? When is it expected to appear?
I presume InstallAnywhere will become a hurdle, though, and what versions of postgreSQL/TCL/Bison are being used (those take most of the installation time). Is changing versions as easy as changing the config file (and downloading the source)? Can additional scripts be run to add software or adapt installation?
It does look great (and candidate for a micro-grant?) but I'm not familiar with JAVA.
