Thought I'd post this before folks get worried...
Many of you have noticed that the permissions on files were screwy
in new file storage, in particular if you'd uploaded a file yourself.
Vinod submitted patches for general permissions and new-file-storage
to fix this problem, but the permissions in the database for
http://openacs.org were already kinda messed up.
At the moment it's going to look like most files have disappeared,
and you're going to be told you can't read the files you see.
Don't worry about it, I'll work on straightening this mess out
today and if necessary tomorrow. Vinod's patches are fine, it just
led to the current suite of files not being visible because there was
previously inconsistencies on permission settings (fs_files vs.
fs_versions for those of you who know the internals).
