* lorsm no longer calls dotlrn::get_commuity_id, so it can work outside .lrn
* lorsm-portlet calls a script inside lorsm (lorsm/lib/user-lorsm), that script inside lorsm can no longer call dotlrn::get_community_id
* lors/lorsm are the only packages that were tied incorrectly to dotlrn
