As we discussed in email, (I hate dangling threads much worse than dangling modifiers), yes, right now I do have limited time (in part because I want to get busy scraping aD)). I would be happy to help anyone that wishes to move this to OpenACS 4. I definitely want to see RSS capabilities in OpenACS 4.
