Your intranet stuff should work OK in ACES, community-core and the like are the same as 3.4.
As for who is going to set it up, etc, I'd still prefer to do it here, I think. We want this place to be "ACS Tcl central" if possible, don't we? The more I think about it the more I think that's right.
I can spend some time setting up the basics on the openacs.org server (i.e. set up /cvsroot/ACES or /cvsroot/ACS) once someone decides they'll do everything else that's necessary.
