I think that's correct.
As i mention above, investigation into uPortal integration gone s back a least a year. Interest among our tech community dropped off as interest among those making .LRN funding/strategic direction decisions dropped off. AFAIK there was no resistance among our tech community to the notion of doing .LRN integration with uPortal, that wasn't the reason for it being dropped from the agenda.
Perhaps Al can speak to his feelings as to the importance of uPortal integration. I've assumed the past many months that it's just been a matter of prioritization, with uPortal integration not making the cut given the funding and resources available...
