is there a module available which will keep up with when each person
is scheduled to work on a 24 hour basis?

There is not a module that does what you want, that I know of. I started roughing out a payroll / time entry module last year, but never got beyond the drawing board stages. I was basing my ideas on a web based system I've used at work.

If anyone is interested in pursuing that further, I could pass along the info I have.
