That diff file should be in

packages/ajax-photoalbum-ui/www/doc

after you cvs checkout ajax-photoalbum-ui.

The login info to solutiongrove.info can be found in the home page http://solutiongrove.info/xowiki/ starting with the blurb "You may choose to login as any of the following users. "
