The only way that I make sure that the email get send is by checking the log file, it shows this messages:

I think that each message is for each user that is involved, there are two watchers and a leader. I am a watcher, but I don't receive the mail, an neither the other users.
Also I didn't find any entry in /var/log/mail.log.
