We are working on documentation. Our initial goal of the project is to release a good port of the packages with the documentation we have. We'll get cranking on more documentation as soon as we have a first release out the door.
Of course, if you are using a package that you really like right now, and would like to contribute documentation, drop me a line. We'd be glad to incorporate it into our documentation.
I'm preparing a "HOWTO" kind of document to write documentation. I'm a perfectionist, so I haven't made it public yet, but it'll be real soon now (tm).
