I did a straightforward 5.1.5 install, and everything appeared to install fine. But now, some forms just time out: the user edit forms work fine, but the parameters form times out on submit. This isn't limited to parameters; I was also able to load File Manager, and could edit files, but not upload -- same timeout.
During the timeout, there's no load on CPU or DB, no hanging queries, nothing in the log, and it doesn't appear to be reading the target tcl at all -- I can put an error on the first line, and still nothing is logged. Just an unclosed connection.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
