I wouldn't expect much work to be done. Just need to develop some procs that can generate a WSDL file based on a selection of service contract implementations. Plus some admin features that keep track of deployed/undeployed service contracts.
I will be working on this later on in the year once I've got the eportfolio package (dotfolio) underway. I'll be needing this feature for interoperability between dotlrn and dotfolio.
