Forum OpenACS Q&A: Workflow 2.1.1 - sub workflows and other missing features?

According the documentation (Fall 2003 Workflow Extensions by Lars Pind), the workflows package is able to support sub workflows and additional functionality. However, when I installed from the ACS repository (Vers. 2.1.1), I don't see these changes implemented. Specifically, the data model isn't updated with what is supposed to be there according to Lars' documentation. However, I do see some of the tcl library procs reflecting the updates indicated by that doc. Have these feature been fully implemented yet?
