Using ETP and building pages from the default system, I can build a page with anything BUT a form - slash form structure.
I WANT to put a paypal link right in a page so I can sell something. The code from Paypal looks like this...

I have all formatting options turned on (*) in the kernel setup, and am trying to do this with New Page and other methods.
After filing the page, everything is there, no errors are given, but the entire form is missing from the source of the delivered page.
So far, all I've found is that if I want a form, it must be in a standard .html page that is linked as an external page.
What is the simple thing I'm NOT finding and how would I have worded the search query to find this?
