FYI, I've finally merged more than two years worth of updates and
additions (50 cvs commits) into my public
Oracle docs.
Enhancements include Oracle 9.2.0.4 install (Linux server, Windows
client), SQL tuning, better rollback and ORA-01555 info, export/import
and NLS_LANG, csscan and character set conversion, database links,
etc.
