That's a pretty weird use, Cheng-Yi. Forcibly logging people off
sounds really obnoxious, rather than doing that, why don't you
restrict their access to the license controlled part of the site?
Conflating "logged in to ACS" with "allowed to use proprietary license
software right this minute" doesn't seem like a very good idea.
