acs-translations.pm_project_contact_id_help

does not exist.

I presume it should say something like "Select the client contact for the project".

As I progress through using PM I will no doubt fix a quite a few bugs. Is there a better way for me to reflect these back. Is bugtracker still in use?

acs-translations is used to hang user entered content translations, i believe.

I think you are the new Project Manager maintainer, feel free to commit your fixes! :)
