I nstalled Openacs and followed the directions fro the web site.
To install i got to the net and typed in
http://localhost:8000
I do get the installation page, where i click next and feel in the necessary information. It stars installing and outputting from the database and then hugs up after some time. Some one please help because i've installed so many times and keep getting the same thing. It installs for a while and outputs from the database then stops.
