Todd has clearly given this problem a great deal of thought. I have learned a lot from this thread.
I must correct one of his points: A pizza place is necessary, but not sufficient, for Rolf to work efficiently. Access to high-quality coffee or tea is critical, as well as the ability to easily travel to one or more hamburger-based franchise establishments.
With those elements in place, he is capable of building a yahoo stores clone in under 8 weeks.
Or so I hope.
